The characters in the standard HEX POP drops represent the Everyman. They have been hexed by a system designed to pin them down, drain their resources, and stitch their mouths shut.
But they haven’t broken. Their voodoo-doll aesthetic is a badge of survival. Every stitch is a wound they’ve overcome; every patch is a piece of themselves they’ve reclaimed from the Elite. Led by the rebel hero BUN, the Resistance is outgunned and underfunded, but they are the only ones left with a heartbeat.
THE ENEMY: THE ZOMBIE DRONES

In the shadows of the corporate office blocks, something far worse than death is happening.
The Zombies are the Defectors. They were once Everymen, but they reached their breaking point. They accepted the “Golden Handshake.” They sold their soul for a seat at the table, only to find the table was a trap.
The Elite don’t kill you, they assimulate you. The Zombies are the drones of the elite. Their eyes have gone cold, their stitches have been replaced by rotting flesh, and their only purpose is to oppress the friends they left behind.
The Zombie Variants (The Ultra-Rares):
When you find a Zombie variant in a drop, you are holding a record of a fallen soldier. These are housed in specialized Zombie Boxes, secure containment boxes used by the Elite to transport their most loyal drones.
